Crime Statistics
The "Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act" was signed into law in November 1990. At the time it was known as the "Student's Right to Know and Campus Security Act." The law requires educational institutions participating in student financial aid programs under Title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965 to disclose information about campus safety policies and procedures and to provide statistics concerning certain crimes that occurred on or near campus. In compliance with the Act, the 十大彩票平台 Police Department publishes and distributes this information each year as the 十大彩票平台 Annual Clery Report. The report is also available in printed format in the 十大彩票平台 Police station located at Building 9, the Human Resource Office, through the Admissions Office, or by calling 十大彩票平台 Police at 413-755-4220.
This report covers the Springfield Technical Community College campus at One Armory Square, Springfield MA. In addition, Springfield Technical Community College leases office and classroom space in buildings 101 and 111 at the 十大彩票平台 Technology Park located at One Federal Street, Springfield, MA.
